Okam Italy Seals a New Chapter in Città Studi

A new chapter begins in one of Milan’s most storied neighbourhoods. Okam Italy has secured a new development at Via Renato Fucini 2, in the heart of Città Studi, a district renowned for its academic legacy, lush streets, and evolving residential character.

Set for delivery in 2026, the project will bring 40 refined residential units to a quiet yet connected corner of the city, steps from MM Piola and Corso Buenos Aires. Part of the “Storytellers” living concept, the site blends the neighbourhood’s heritage with contemporary urban living.
